KiteForge is a web design and social media business based in New Orleans, Louisiana. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used. Questions: kiteforge1@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, phone number, what you need, and your project details. Form submissions are processed by our host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We use this only to reply to you and to work on a project together. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside KiteForge.
Our host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting, as any web host does.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, which pages are visited, and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites. The data is not tied to your identity.
Content from other services
Some pages embed content hosted elsewhere. When that content loads, the other company can receive your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy:
- YouTube video player, in privacy-enhanced mode (Google)
- Facebook Page feed (Meta)
- Web fonts served by Google Fonts (Google)
Cookies
KiteForge does not set its own cookies. The embedded YouTube and Facebook content described above may set theirs when you interact with it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email kiteforge1@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
